PTI UK is a member of The National Landlords association - the largest representative organisation for landlords and is working towards NLA accreditation. Accreditation is purely based on Landlord Development and good management practice. It is a national scheme which offers greater consistency for all landlords, tenants and councils to recognise.
SQP Simple Quality Protects scheme
PTI (UK) holds a gold award in the SQP Simple Quality Protects scheme. Simple Quality Protects (SQP) is a quality assurance self-assessment tool for all voluntary and community organisations working with children and young people. SQP shows commissioners and funders PTI UK has a good Quality Assurance Programme in place ensuring good practice and that the children, young people and families PTI UK work with are fully safeguarded
National Open College Network (NOCN) learning centre
PTI is a National Open College Network (NOCN) learning centre and several of our staff are accredited trainers. Currently, whilst in service, we offer all our service users the accredited NOCN Level 1 Award in Pre Tenancy Skills (QCF) within group-work, structured in stages across the service levels, with clear progression pathways to support.
PTI UK has membership of Outcome Star and holds a Star license to measure performance of young people across our organisation. The Outcomes Star™ is a unique suite of tools for supporting and measuring change when working with people. It is well researched, widely used and endorsed as evidence based tool for supporting and measuring change. Over 50 collaborators include the Department of Health, Big Lottery Fund, Camden Council, NESTA and NHS Trusts
We use the Young Person’s Star - suitable for young care leavers, homeless young people and those leaving youth offender institutes and will capture and support the transition to a stable home and adult life.
In accordance with Every Child Matters, using Outcomes Star™ as an audit tool, demonstrates outcomes data at four levels – service user, project, organization and sector – demonstrating compliance with quality and excellence in achieving Outcomes.
S.11 safeguarding compliance
In accordance with Working Together to Safeguard Children 2013, PTI UK has completed the Sussex Local Safeguarding Board (LSCB) Section 11 Audit Tool, demonstrating commitment to and compliance with minimum Safeguarding Standards across the organisation. PTI UK also recently took part in the s.11 challenge event in Brighton
