Tom ConroyTom is a Director of Pathways and Manager of the Brighton Project. Tom initially spent three years in fundraising from entry level to managing over 100 staff and dealing with international brands, such as Oxfam, Amnesty International and Greenpeace. Tom then moved to developing projects and fundraising all over the country setting up Alumni fundraising in Oxford, Cambridge, Edinburgh and many other Red Brick Universities. After a short time in the city, Tom re-prioritised his life to work in Brighton at Pathways to Independence. In his time with Pathways to Independence he has helped it grow from supporting twelve young people across three houses to projects and houses all over the South East with over seventy young people housed and supported in accommodation. |
