Pathways to Independence

Dave Elliott joined Pathways to Independence to expand the Redhill branch of the company, and to extend provision into areas where we did not previously work through Surrey and Sussex.

Dave has worked alongside children’s services for over 12 years and has a lot of experience working with young people in the care system. His experience in working alongside varied children’s services departments has given him a great insight into how best to deliver integrated care services and get the most out of the young people he supports.

His range of clients has included young people from Youth Offending, adoption, children in need, and looked after children teams. Dave also volunteers as a scout leader in Reigate. Dave is hoping to engage our young people with sports, activities and education.
