Partnerships

We place strong emphasis on working in partnership with other organisations, sharing expertise to best meet the needs of young people and eliminating the barriers which result from discrimination and disadvantage. We know that joint service delivery is not only resource-effective but also beneficial for the young people involved.

We build strong, effective and long lasting relationships with agency, volunteer, education, health and many other support networks throughout the community to ensure that young people and their new community work together so that they can achieve the opportunities available to them.

Pathways to Independence are always seeking new partners and always welcome the opportunity to work with care providers, agencies, charities and organisations who seek to further the well being, happiness and opportunity for young people.
