Supported Accommodation![]()
Pathways to Independence provides flexible, safe and caring home environments for young people through offering supported housing in places where their educational, employment, training, health and leisure needs are met. Pathways provides a range of housing options to suit the needs of our young people. These include shared and single accommodation, and specialist accommodation for young families. Our ethos is based on a respect for self, others and property. Our house rules are tailored to those living in the house, within these parameters. Regular contact is maintained with a young person’s named Keyworker who offers personal support to young people by providing advice, advocacy, and brokering access to services based on an assessment of their individual, cultural, learning and social needs. In single accommodation, a tenancy can be transferred to a young person’s name when they become 18. One Future, Different Pathways |
