About Us

Pathways to Independence is a leading provider of support services for young people leaving care. Our services include supported accommodation, outreach and independent living skills. In addition to our main service, we empower care leavers through a number of participation initiatives such as our young people led blog.

We work with a wide range of different service users with varied needs. A team of keyworkers and managers are at all times fully committed to proving the best bespoke care to all of our young people. Furthermore, our partners and volunteers all play an instrumental role in the process of empowerment towards independence.

We work in Surrey, Sussex and Greater London with central offices in Brighton, Croydon and Redhill. Pathways has worked with Local Authority care teams for over 7 years, helping over 300 young people make the transition into independence.

We are always keen to work with new Local Authorities and are happy to discuss establishing new projects. If you would like to discuss a new project and learn how we can work in partnership please contact one of our team.
